Really nice apartment, GYM,POOL AND close to everything. .
We’ve been living here since May and are very happy with our choice!! We love the townhome we are in, it’s a really good size and I love having a garage to keep my car in!! All the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
The ratings used to be about a 2, now it says a 4. I'm sure that's mostly from friends of the coworkers doing fake reviews to get the rating up so don't let it fool you. We lived here for over 2 years. We only stayed because it was cheaper than moving and paying new deposits. Packages were often stolen from my front door. The complex can't/didn't do anything about it. It's getting run down. the office staff is always changing because they can't meet the standards needed. Save your time and money!

Very nice staff and beautiful complex.. super close to 45 so it’s not a far drive to get to any stores or restaurants.
It is a very relaxing community to live in.
Parc Woodland has been my home for 5 years and I just signed a NEW Lease Agreement for another 15 months. Though some things have changed over the years, I am still very pleased and happy here. Our New Manager is trying to make things Better again. On the whole, people living here are friendly and good neighbors. We have frequent Resident parties and events, which helps us meet more Resudents. Being able to meet Residents is a good way to determine the type and quality of people we share our Community with.
