The mold remediation company came in today while I was at work and this is what i come home to (please see attached photo). It's bad enough that I had mold in my apartment but in addition NO ONE (including office staff) told me that they would leave my apartment COMPLETELY uninhabitable. How am I supposed to live like this? The dehumidifier is huge and so loud that it will be impossible to sleep, it smells awful, it's so hot in here and I have no control of my AC/heater because it is covered in this containment area. They don't take the health of residents seriously when it comes to mold in the apartments :(
Myself & my partner Josh from @jameventdjs had the pleasure of providing PARC Westborough with our DJ services for their Pool Party Yesterday! The staff is so awesome & friendly, and they make you feel at home here. Fun social gatherings are organized by Parc so you get to know your neighbors. The amenities are amazing! The grounds are well kept and beautiful. I've lived in a few different apartment complexes and this one has it all. Thanks, guys.
don't lease here. management will lie to you in a number of ways to get you to sign a lease. if you do sign a lease, get EVERYTHING in writing.
Awesome facility ! Upgraded amenities with well designed property layout. As a former resident of Audubon in Shrewsbury I was happy to come visit this place and call it my next home. Rates are competitive but amenities of this place can't be matched in this area.
