Okay, this review is going to be long but it is well worth the read if you are considering moving here or if you live here already. I moved to Parc one at the end of April and everything was great! But as the days went by, I realized what an awful decision it was. Things are constantly being stolen: for example- My dad's bike was stolen from parc one's bike racks, and the bike was $400 and it was still fairly new (and the office did nothing to inform anyone of bike theft alth...
