staff and maintenance are the absolute worst I've ever experienced. no one calls back, and they spend all day talking on the phone in the main office. residents are ghetto and mostly subsidized to be there, but no consideration to the families that pay full rent without vouchers. this place is a dump. might as well live in South East D.C

The building went over two months without housekeeping. The apartment building looked disgusting. They now clean on a semi regular basis. The outer door on my building has been broken for about two months, it won't shut. I've called three times and they aren't going to do anything until they upgrade all the doors in apartment which could take over two months.
