every time you ask for a service request they say we don't do that. I put in a service request, and they said I am sorry we don't do, To change an ac filter they have been doing since I moved in. Now all of a sudden, they don't and it's on the service request. I was just told that, the way its set up I cannot get to it. For all I pay shame on you. One more year to go
