I moved out over a month ago, but they haven't given me a $1500 deposit yet. I have contacted them numerous times, but I have not received any response from them. When I moved out of my apartment it was as clean an apartment. Even the maintenance guy said that we wish everyone would leave the Apartment like that. and it's been more than 30 days.
When we moved in they have roughly patched holes made by previous tenants in the doors and walls. They also had cockroaches, never enforced people picking up after their dogs (so there is dog poop literally everywhere), would charge us random fees, and in my building we had a constant flooding problem at the bottom of our steps that never seemed to be able to be fixed. I absolutely love my new home here. Maintenance men are awesome. My ac quit working. They were here in less than 15 minutes. The ladies in the office are very friendly and informative. Great place to live. ❤️
**SEVERE MOLD ISSUE** We’ve been dealing with black mold in our apartment for 4 months now. The complex only sprayed bleach on visible mold and ignored repeated requests to remove mold behind the walls. We’re finally being relocated, but received no compensation for the time, money, or stress of living in an unsafe apartment. Extremely disappointing -- this mold is a serious health hazard, and management must take responsibility.
