Stay away from this awful place!!!!! It has a mold problem and the office workers aren’t any help at all!!! The property manager or who ever the brown haired lady is isn’t helpful nor friendly and she don’t know what she talking about either!!! They act as if they didn’t want us living there and blamed us for things that wasn’t our fault!!! It’s all good cause our next place will be nice and mold free!!!
I moved out over a month ago, but they haven't returned my $ 1,500 deposit yet. I have contacted them numerous times, but I have not received any response from them. When I moved out of my apartment, it was as clean as it could be. Even the maintenance guy said that we wish everyone would leave the Apartment like that. and it's been more than 30 days. I still not received my check any suggestion, please provide any legal suggestions. finally received my check after two months thank you.
