Bought a home for 300k in Fieldstone which is in Post Falls built by Paras homes supposedly known for High Quality.....Well after siding falling off, tiles on counter top falling off, cracked foundation on addition, dead trees, faulty electrical outlets, cheap ac add on, and 2 blow fans and I have just begun.......Please contact current paras home owners in Fieldstone before you buy a home from him, at least in Post Falls!
