Natalia and vadim were great and professional. Natalia helped me the paper work with no hesitation and felt comfortable asking questions. Vadim the tech also made me feel very comfortable he gave explanations. Told me how long each process would take. Definitely would recommend this office.
I had to get three MRIs done at Paramus MRI, and honestly, the experience was way better than I expected. I underestimated how long the appointments would take, the person who dropped me off ended up having to leave, but the office staff was incredibly helpful and coordinated a Lyft for me to get home safely. This center is amazing. Ana and Karen took care took such good care of us from the beginning to the end. They were attentive and hospitable. We felt very welcomed And taking care of. Karin was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my young son. They pay attention to detail and they are respectful. We appreciate them and we recommend them to everyone that we work with and know. They go above and beyond with their service.
