I recently did Botox here ! Waste of money .. very disappointed. First off the Botox only last about 2 months , it’s not a doctor who does it , it’s a licensed aesthetician apparently . The day of my appointment the lady was in a rush because she had a party to attend, she also bruised me on my forehead I had an ugly big bruise for about almost 2 weeks . I called and asked if it was normal for Botox to only last so little time & they said our manager will call you back . Never heard from them .

The wellness center is truly a gem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. I had an appointment for a PRP facial. It was my second appointment… I drove all the way from New York City For my 3 PM appointment and when I arrived, they told me the nurse that performs the PRP was no longer at their company. So unprofessional. I drove two hours and they didn’t have common sense to call or text me? Poorly run operation. They also lied and said that she had an emergency then admitted that she left the company. Last time I come here!!

I wish I could give the “new management” ZERO stars—shame on you! I’ve been a loyal patient for 8 years and have never seen such rapid turnover of incredible, hardworking staff. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, yet another familiar face is gone. I don’t know what’s going on, but we loved the OLD Peak Medical, not this new corporate version filled with robotic policies, robots and no personal touch. Truly shameful!
