I purchased 60 units of Botox through Groupon from Peak Medical Center in Paramus, NJ. I received the treatment on January 13, but after one month I saw no results. When I called the clinic, they told me they were out of stock and asked me to wait another month. When I called back a month later, they told me they no longer provide Botox services and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I bought a deal on groupon on dec 1st, they canceled my appointment 2 times and this voucher expires in march. The front desk girl was rude and rushed me off the phone every time I spoke with her. After reading through reviews I decided to try to cancel my voucher, luckily groupon gave me my money back very easily. I don't want any issues regarding botox injections and im extremely disappointed with my experience. I recently did Botox here ! Waste of money .. very disappointed. First off the Botox only last about 2 months , it’s not a doctor who does it , it’s a licensed aesthetician apparently . The day of my appointment the lady was in a rush because she had a party to attend, she also bruised me on my forehead I had an ugly big bruise for about almost 2 weeks . I called and asked if it was normal for Botox to only last so little time & they said our manager will call you back . Never heard from them .
