I made an appointment and they gave a quote over the phone and came out next day. The technician said he would be back in 3-4 weeks and it was part of our purchase (we had a pest not included in their normal package and required two treatments. That was two months ago. I text to set up the appointment and they are telling me I didn’t purchase on going treatment and they have no records of anything the technician told me while he was at home. Worst company ever. Hired them for a rat problem. Their guyswould come and do nothing about the rats, stick a sticker on my door and not touch the rat boxes. Rats proceeded to multiply, do $2000 worth of damage to the inside of my car. My dog brought one in that jumped on my back. Called company at least 5 times, many times in tears, and they didn't listen to my wishes and just kept sending techs when I was at work and the techs never filled the rat boxes so the rat population grew exponentially in 9 months. The two men who came out to address our squirrel issue were professional, both had a great sense of humor and established good communication throughout the progress of the task. Also, when we would call to ask about an upcoming appointment the woman over the phone was helpful and professional as well. The issue was resolved and yes, we would definitely work with them again.
