Chris at Paramount Wellness is amazing. Absolute best massage I’ve ever received. Been his customer for the last 2 years and will continue till until he retires. I see him monthly for my aches and pains and I feel great after. I occasionally have Chris do a 30 minute stretch then follow with 60 minute massage. Highly recommend and can’t wait to see him next month.
