This company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers. They failed to pay my husband his final paycheck, which already shows how little they value their workers. On top of that, it's very clear they have no knowledge or experience in the moving industry -- the entire process was disorganized and poorly handled from start to finish. The use of Paramount Van Lines was an unbelievably terrible experience. If I could choose zero stars, I would. Our items arrived broken, damaged, and filthy. The customer service department has refused to take my calls or respond to emails. The delivery driver tried to charge an extra $400 for fees and when I refused he admitted he wanted a 20% tip. Paramount Van Lines made a cross-country relocation feel simple. Their initial consultation was thorough, and their communication throughout the journey was excellent. The drivers called with updates, and the delivery was within the promised window. Everything was unloaded with the same care it was packed with. Highly recommend for any long-distance move.
I am so thankful and grateful to have this moving company come out and move my belongings for me. The guys were cool, they arrived on time, was able to point out everything that I wanted moved.
