I just refinanced with Paramount Equity. Ryan Sabouneh made it very easy and didn't repeatedly ask for the same info over and over like Quicken did. If I had a question, he was always available with an answer. I very rarely had to leave a message and wait for him to get back to me. I have given his # to all my friends.

Ryan Sabouneh from Paramount Equity is phenomenal. I've worked with him twice prior to our new home purchase. I wasn't sure how the long distance relationship would work out during the purchase and sale of our home since we are from two different States, but I realized there was no difference in communication compared to a local lender. I have referred Ryan to another family member, and they used him for their VA refinance, and is now using him for investment property purchases. We contacted Paramount after they did a good job with our refi several years ago. This time we worked with Ramon Fazah and he was excellent. Even when there was a lower appraisal than expected on our home, the numbers and rates that he was able to come up with were very favorable, and we were able to save over $ 200 a month on our mortgage payment.
