Awful service with little follow up. Was great to begin with, but ended up awful. Very little correspondence, signed on 10/06, but loan was not funded until 10/16 leaving me with a late charge and a collection call they assured me I would not get. Last correspondence due to me hounding them was that the late funding was on title not them and they would get to the bottom of it and get back to me. I would pick zero stars if it let me. Never have I been given south BS when getting a loan.
My mortgage specialist was Gil Herrera. From the beginning Gil made me feel at ease with explaining the full process. He was readily available whenever I had questions; day or night. I would highly recommend Gil, along with Paramount Equity for refinancing your home. Great job to Gil, and all those involved with the process of refinancing my home.
