Well, first i got talked out of what i wanted..then i was presented with the bells and whistle loan as long as i went fha..with a commitment to refinance again in 7 months to obtain the loan that i wanted...when i canceelled my loan because i didnt want fha, i was yelled at and hung up on...most importantly, i was made to pay the appraisall fee immediatly so i could be trapped into my decision, and upon cancelling, told i was being refunded my money for services not rendered, but instead lied to because they are allowed 30 d... read more

Terrible experience!!! They promised 100% loan to value financing for our refinance. We decided to continue with them and got our appraisal ($450) and our finance manager we were working with kept telling us everything looked fabulous!! Our house appraised for what we needed it to for the refi! Turns out after all was said and done she couldn't help us because they require the value be a certain percentage loan to value!! I had an approved loan through another broker, this broker sent a proposal with a lower interest rate and a higher loan amount. After 2 months of back and forth and "waiting on the underwriter" we just got a half baked rejection answer about a couple of late payments a couple of years ago and that we can try again in June. I could already be started on the upgrades to my house. Very disappointed!!

This was by far the worst experience of my life!! Do your self a favor and stay away from this company!! I started my refi back in December and just closed two weeks ago.. I had some debt that was getting paid off and was supposed to be taken care of today well it never happened I just called today and they still haven't sent out payments and they couldn't tell me why just said it would be done today.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else trust me this place sucks!!

The worst mortgage company I have ever Dealt with. Was nice at first promised to close in 30 days when I started asking questions they would just lie and make up excuses. Never would call when promised. I never received a full hud breakdown. Don't waste your time with company, unless you are ready to be lied to and given the run around. I submitted a negative review on zillow and Mike Smith the manager told me if I deleted it he would Continue my loan.

This company was very deceptive and led us on and cost us a lot of money and we did not get the loan after jumping thru a lot of hoops for them. Their representatives were not forth coming on all of the things that were required so we could get a loan. They would tell us that they were about to close the deal and we would get our loan, but then they needed us to get something else like a Marriage Certificate or 3 years of tax return documentation and then a Social Security card and then a Termite inspection.
