Paramount Property Tax Appeals reached out via email requesting our employee to sign an engagement for services. A legal document was attached to the email and a strict timeline was mentioned to create a sense of urgency. The email was phrased as if there was an existing relationship between my company and Paramount. This is not the case as we have never been in communication before.
