A legal document was attached to the email and a strict timeline was mentioned to create a sense of urgency. I had appeal tax assessment myself and was unsuccessful. I was contacted by this company and they said they could get the job done. Only to waste my time and money. They requested the same document multiple times, I do not thing they have the organization to run a business.
My husband and I contacted this business to help is with our property tax issues and we were given the run around. We ended up handling our property tax appeal on our own and they were useless.
Terrible at his Job! Dont waste your time and energy! Wasted 8 months of my time waiting for a lower property tax bill. Did not submit requested forms from county after 8 months of waiting while county canceled the claim because he never responded to their emails.
