We occupy one of the suites at 100 Tamal plaza, Corte Madera. Our management company was recently switched to Paramount; so far, our experience with them has been efficient and professional. Our account manager is Mara Passetti, who is really great to work with. We were happy to have her back managing our building again, we used to work with her when she was with a previous management company. My experience with Paramount Property Company has been great. I am especially happy, and in fact everyone in my office is, that they hired Mara Passetti, who is the previous building manager who had left the previous owners. There are so many good and much need repairs and changes happening now. The tiles at the entrance to the building were a serious tripping and fall hazard, they have not been temporarily fixed until they bring in the landscapers. I have worked with Mara Passetti and Krystal Marin for several years now. They both worked for another property management company and now they both work for Paramount as the property managers overseeing two offices I work from, one in San Rafael and one in Novato. Both Mara and Krystal are very professional, kind and always take care of needs ASAP. They both keep me informed of scheduled maintenance and items reported that need repair.
