On May 12, 2026, Ron and I agreed in writing to his quote covering cost, scope and schedule to attend to our urgent plumbing requirements. The work was to be done at our site on the following day, May 13. He texted me only a few minutes before his planned arrival at our site, claiming a 'family emergency' caused him to immediately drive back to his home, thus preventing him from attending to our plumbing requirements for that day.
