Paramount installed a new Rheem 50 Gal Water Heater at my house last year and this week the ignition stopped working, the flame went off and we had no hot water. Shane from Paramount was immediately on the job, very responsive, knew the issue to solve and acted with speed and efficiency to get hot water running. I got in contact with Shane 6 am EST 9/1/2020. He arrived a little past 2 pm and I had running hot water after 4 pm all on the same day. When you do your research and read the reviews, the 5 stars doesn't come close to the professionalism and customer service I received from Shane. Prior to working with Shane, I was working with a home warranty company. I submitted a claim to the home warranty company on 8/25/2020 and the only timely service they provided was the debting the $100 deductible from my bank account. Todate, they're still waiting for the part to be shipped for the water heater. Thank you Shane for helping my family. Writing a review of the great service is the least I can do. If you ever have trouble with plumbing, heating and cooling.. call Shane and be amazed!
