I took my 3.5 year old here today. He doesn't let me brush his teeth so I had low expectations to how his first appointment was going to go. HE DID AMAZING and it was because of the great staff. Lindsay/Lindsey the hygienist did a great job gaining his trust and being patient with him. He was hesitant at first but slowly relaxed around her. It really helped that she showed him all of her instruments and touched them to his hands before asking him to open his mouth. Thank you so much for all your help with Quinn this week! I'm so so glad we decided to come see dr. Frady and her staff for a 2nd opinion! A 2nd opinion in our situation made all the difference in the world. I will definitely continue coming here! Being kind and patient sure does go a long way with young kids. We were recommend by a friend whose daughter loved it here after a less than stellar previous dentist experience and I'm sooooo glad she did! From the time you enter (all be it a little difficult to find) you can tell you are in a different kind of dentist. They were all so warm and welcoming, my otherwise timid 3 year old had no problem hopping up into the chair and even let them do x-rays without issue.
