I came in today with my family and had the Paramount platter and Zakaria was very helpful and had amazing service.
Paramount is hands down one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to. From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A huge shoutout to Zack and Anisha, both were attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about food and their work. The food itself is the real deal- authentic flavours, generous portions, and everything made with care. Whether you're a longtime fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or trying it for the first time, this is the place to go in Niagara.
Fattoush salad was pretty good. Beef shawarma meat is half fat, other half dry pieces. The flat bread was nothing special. "Turkish" tea is served in a regular coffee mug with a teabag.
A calm, clean, and welcoming branch with excellent vibes. The grilled dishes are perfectly cooked — full of flavor and freshness. Anisha served us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness throughout. A wonderful spot for authentic Middle Eastern food with a modern touch.
