1. A person shot another person in the middle of the night on 6th floor. Prostitutes at back door, and drug activity present. 2. Water was shut off without notice on multiple occasions. Apt. flooded severely as a result and management refused to replace the carpet. After flood, suspected mold was present. When I moved, they sent me an expensive bill for carpet cleaning! 3.
