Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Took it in to get brake light looked at and inspection. They did not send inspection to the state nor completely take care of brakes. Had to take it back to get the inspection sent to learn the brakes are still an issue. I will not go back to them again!
Their cars are lemons, key falls apart literally lock doesn’t work. I will Never buy a car from Kia
I wanted to purchase a Kia Soul but since November I have gotten a run around. They work with who they really want to sell the vehicle to and who they can get the most deposit from.
Recently traded in and got my new optima! With the the help of a wonderful staff I left happy! I recommend any of them, Brandon found me my car and now I'm happy to say thats my car! Thank you guys so much!
