Beware. Our HOA hired them to do OUR roofs on our property, and they refuse to tell us, as the homeowners, what our warranty is, or if we even have one. We had another roofer who is very transparent and even gave us, the homeowners, copies of our warranty. This will have to be looked into, and I will let all of my neighbors know. It is my property. I will likely be looking for my own roofer rather than deal with people I suspect of being scam artists. Besides, nobody in the community who I know of likes their roofs.
I would not recommend this company. They schedule appointments and then they don’t show up. They don’t even call to let you know they are not going to make it. They rarely answer their phones. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.
The driver cut me off and almost hit me this morning even though I was going 10 miles over the speed limit. Apparently that's not fast enough for this company. Will not use them when I need a new roof.
Old roof was removed in one day and new roof was completed in 2 days. Competitive pricing and the team communicated with us for scheduling. Great company and recommend if you are in need of a new roof or a roof repair.
