The people here were very friendly , helpful, and showed me a great selection of jewelery. They even remembered my name. They are an excellent place to shop.
Jodie helped my husband and I upgrade my wedding ring! We got married and eloped so we have been wanting to upgrade for months. She made the whole appointment and shopping experience wonderful! Yes, my name is Sarah James and it was my second time going in Paramont Jewelers yesterday and I was waited on by Cece !!!! I cannot describe how comfortable she made me feel. I was actually taking in a wedding band that had a few faults and she addressed it immediately and put it on the fast track to be taken care of while I was there. We had a wonderful conversation. I definitely enjoyed my experience here. We literally couldn’t have found the best ring for my finance than here. It exceeded her expectations and Stormie made the entire process so nice and easy!
I had a battery replaced in a watch and a link taken out which ended up costing me $40 plus tax. This used to offered by many establishments as a courtesy service to attract customers other than the cost of the battery. Literally took about 10 minutes to complete. What happened to simple customer service? Very disappointing.
