Bought several pieces from their Longview, TX Mall location. Stormie and the entire sales team have always given me personalized shopping attention. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. They took time to understand my goals wants and needs to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was given several purchase options. Prices are fantastic.Thank you for providing additional savings with the military discount. They also keep you in the loop during the repair process. I’ve purchased at least 5 pieces and will be back for more.
Mrs. Cece was amazing to work with. She made us feel so comfortable with looking at different rings. She made sure to talk us through ring sizing and giving us her professional opinion. Before buying I thought the process would be nerve wracking, although she made it smooth, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!
Living out of town we decided to drive to Longview to look at rings. Upon arriving we found only one jewelry store open. The mall opens at 11. We walked into the Paramount jewelry and immediately was greeted by Brenda,from that moment Brenda seemed more like a great friend. Brenda id definitely a people person! I'm giving two stars simply because the ladies there are super friendly. If it weren't for them, one star would be it. The big stone in my ring came loose. Took it in. The immediately sent it off for repair. Got it back two weeks later. Within a week, stone was loose again! Took it back yet again to be sent off for repair. After the 3rd time, I requested being able to exchange my ring for another one. Didn't want my money back, just wanted a different ring as I felt that mine was a manufacturing defect.
