whatever you do dont chose this company they will not approve any besides basic care. they will take forever to approve procedures and will not cover medications that you have been on for years. I dont understand why Ohio Medicaid even let's them continue to be a manage care plan
I have a blood disorder called hemochromatosis you decide to DENiED my treatment scheduled for my blood removed from my body I can die from this and almost died in September I'm posting this message on social media I need my doctor and hospital that have my blood test I'm up set you DENiED my appointment
RecommendedParamount works well with my health care team. I have been so sick so sick. Without PARAMOUNT I would be dead. That is not a lie.
The caring Case Managers. I have always thought Paramount was the best insurance of the five MCPs.
Attention to detail. Many of your documents contain erroneous information and I have had to do more work than the person processing the claims. Not good!

Paramount is an awful insurance to go with. Don't waste your money. It is not affordable, they will raise your premiums without notice. Then when you want anwsers, you will sit on hold for half hour at a time until someone comes back with the most vague anwser they can possibly come up with. Customer service reps are extremely rude, talk over you, will not listen to you.
