My employer enrolled all four of my dependents, but Paramount only entered three. I contacted my employer who contacted Paramount. Paramount then entered my fourth dependent, but deleted my third. I contacted Paramount after confirming with my employer. it's been two days since I contacted Paramount the second time, and they still haven't entered all four dependents in their system. This is causing a delay in one of my dependents to receive medical care.
charge more for premiums and then limit access to medication to CVS or mail order but cover Medicaid anywhere.
just act human---dont throw old people away--how can you sleep at night??? someday you will be old. my wifes supplies are low when they are gone im taking her to sycamore emergency, must be easy to tell a person ---you are cut off!!!
They are nasty people. Won’t approve diabetic supplies. My brother died from diabetes and I’m well on my way. I can no longer feel the bottom of my feet. You don’t approve things that can help people like me. You are nasty money grubbing people.

Paramount is terrible! I was told a prior authorization would be processed today and it wasn’t. I’m forced to pay out of pocket for expenses medication. What’s the point of paying you for my insurance? Terrible customer service too.
Paramount advantage/ Healthcare has done so much for me and can not thank them enough. I have had so many health issues lately that they stood by me at every turn. They even allowed me to get a full set of dentures. out of all the insurance companies out there this one is number 1. thank you all for everything.
