Disgusted and Disappointed with the lack of customer service. I purchased new furniture on January 14, 2026 from Harish in Scarborough and was promised delivery by January 22. I was so excited to receive everything and trusted the timeline I was given. It is now February 27 and I still do not have all of my pieces. The worst furniture shopping experience. Never buy anything from this shop, it's just false advertisement. They showed a sofa set with certain features such as a headlamp, but the one delivered didn't have what was advertised to us at the shop. Their customer service calls are even worse, the first person claimed the newer models don't come with headlamps. I was told I'd be redirected to another sales rep or one of their higher ups but they keep ending putting me on hold and ending the call. Every-time I call back it's the s... read more
