It's painful to write a poor review yet we would be remiss if we did not share our experience. This loan office not timely in ordering the appraisal which lead to complete domino effect. TRID was missed on the CD after we were informed TRID was met to close timely. So we were lied to. We were asked to extend another 5 days which you can imagine the stress and disappointment for our Sellers after moving out timely.
