My wife and i hired Paramount Builders & Design for a siding remodel to remove our home’s old cedar shingle siding and install Hardie primed planks that were ready for paint. We chose them because the estimate was fair and right in the middle of the bids we received, and we felt comfortable moving forward with the team. I highly recommend Julian and his team for major home remodeling and seismic retrofit work. I worked with them on two large soft-story apartment retrofit and structural improvement projects, and they were excellent from start to finish as both contractor and engineer.
