The young man was very professional and polite. It only took him 10 minutes to have us up and running. I am not sure of the spelling of his name, but I think it is Kamir.

Excellent service. Someone answered my call right away and set up an appointment for the same day. She discussed the diagnostic fee and current promotional discount with me prior to scheduling. I received a phone call prior to their arrival that they would be arriving early. The technicians were polite, informative, and efficient. They were able to troubleshoot, go purchase the necessary part, and repair the issue within an hour. Highly recommend.
