Our AC was working but stopped cooling. Paramount was here next day and repaired in less than 20 mins. Our house had an old unit previously which paramount replaced after multiple issues with 3 other local hvac companies. They are the ONLY hvac company I trust! They don’t take shortcuts, educate me every time and show me exactly where the problem is, and provide fast friendly service.

Jeremy took his time diagnosing the problem with my HVAC system and would not leave until he was sure. Once the part covered under warranty needed was ordered, Brandon installed it very quickly and my heat was restored. Now this might have been avoided had I kept up a maintenance schedule on my HVAC system. So word of advice, once your service warranty ends don’t hesitate to set up a yearly maintenance service plan so potential issues can be avoided.
Brandon was very polite and perfessional. He was able to determine my issue and had everything resolved less than an hour. We had heat within seconds. Thanks
