Their "supervisor" Vydel has no respect for patients' time and our home, she refused to take her shoes off and stepped all over my wool carpet. Their PSWs never come on time and miss scheduled appointments on purpose. My appointment was at 8pm and their PSW called me at midnight, sent an email at 12:13AM to me trying to manufacture an attendance, thank god I have CCTV camera footage showing he never came and no one visited my home that entire day.
