I love the Paramed PSW's i have had them since 2024 early in the year. The women are hard workers clean me really well they do a great job. They are trained and very professional. its now August 2025. I am very happy with there serves Thank you Paramed.
Don't know how they keep getting home care contracts paid with our tax dollars. Incompetent and unprofessional.
They “Ghost you” after the initial 1st one or 2 visits, when your doctor signs you up for services with some of their staff!!! It’s as if they get a fee from the government or elsewhere to initially start services w) a client, then they drop off the face of the earth re: when your services are supposed to begin!!! Many emails and calls to try to find out what is happening with your “supposed” services, yet “no response” ever!! Deplorable!!!!!
Incredibly stressful company to deal with. Zero communication between anyone. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
