Incredibly stressful company to deal with. Zero communication between anyone. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We have been granted PSW service offered by paramed for a month now and our experience is simply frustrating They don’t come on time most of the time late 1 -3 hrs and no communication We have to call and ask and they simply find all kind of excuses
I would like to express my disappointment with the way ParaMed handles candidates during the hiring process. My understanding was that I would be meeting with the Clinical Supervisor to assess my fit for the position. However, I was instead interviewed by someone who did not introduce herself or clarify her role, and she appeared inexperienced in conducting an interview of this nature. ParaMed is the worst organization I have ever experienced dealing with in my life. The management from top to bottom is so incompetent, careless, outright liars and indifferent towards their elderly clients with dementia and physical frailty. Their staggering incompetence in resolving simple issues is most notorious. The same problem persists regularly for years, leaving their clients uncared for. I was a psw and they terminated me because of fake claims i can defend my self but i chose to leave because i can’t hundle that much of stress it is realy hard to work under that company name with seniors who is dealing with different health conditions The people deserve better service but with paramed I don’t work I am realy proud of them
