Their "supervisor" Vydel has no respect for patients' time and our home, she refused to take her shoes off and stepped all over my wool carpet. Their PSWs never come on time and miss scheduled appointments on purpose. My appointment was at 8pm and their PSW called me at midnight, sent an email at 12:13AM to me trying to manufacture an attendance, thank god I have CCTV camera footage showing he never came and no one visited my home that entire day. I recently was in a bad accident, and one of my injuries was a head injury and concomitant concussion. The nurse who came from this company to see me, Shamaine, was exceptionally professional and very careful with my head wound. She went so far as to brush my hair and to take photographs so I could see it and send them to me, and her (kind and friendly) professionalism was more welcome than I can say during an extremely bleak period of my life. We are very happy with our mom's nurse from Paramed. She always calls ahead before arriving, which we really appreciate. In the past, nurses would sometimes just show up at the door without notice. She is professional, kind, and gives our family peace of mind knowing help is there when needed. Thank you for the excellent care.
