Impossible to speak to someone, phones go unanswered and messages never returned. Needed to speak to a nurse and one never called back. Not impressed. They should lose their contract with Champlain LHIN
The home care services is a nightmare, no because the PSW they are good people, the issue is to find one on time, the coordinators are disconnected and the results, the cancel service at last minute and you have to do their job with you love one at home. Is no a home care health services is a EXCUSES company always have one. Terrible administración don’t deserve even one ⭐️ the star is for the PSW. .
