Not showing up and letting client know. Specifically requests were not listened to. Worst service I’ve ever dealt with. Firemen’s probably got them cheap, get what you pay for.
There is no zero so they got a 1...showed up at 7am this morning...no call...woke me up after I finally got to sleep after being up a few times in the night with my parents....telling me when they are coming...not when I need them...never again !
The Worst Home care company to deal with. They do not care about patients. I will be reporting to the ministry of Health to suspend their contract as 50% of their staff is not PSW Licensed. They do not document anything or show care for their patients.
The worst agency there could ever be. Tina Knot, the PSW manager had all workers train on how to feed my mother because she has dysphagia and then after 2 days realized some of the PSWs are HSWs and they cannot feed my mom so WHY did you send HSWs to my mom when You knew HSWs cannot feed?! You wasted 7 months training people who were not allowed to feed my mom!!!!
