My dad receives great care from his kindhearted psw Eben. He already feels like part of the family and even my cat waits for him to show up. We’ve also enjoyed the care we received in the past when my dad also had Christopher and Briar coming. The only reason I didn’t rate the company 4 stars is for the beginning of his care when we had a lot of people come that were not as good and didn’t clean up after themselves prior to leaving. Worst healthcare company in Canada
Try to avoid Paramed services! Unfortunately, Niagara Regional services are limited and so many families are in need as well forced to have Paramed to care of loved ones. My husband suffers from a late stage of cancer. We went through a lot and on top of that Paramed makes our life more difficult: unprofessional psw (just collecting paychecks, fabricating service times – in and out in 15 minutes-, disrespecting properties-broken items, using client’s bathroom, watching TV, going through personal belongings …) often a dog bee... read more
