DO NOT MOVE HERE They get you with how nice everything is. The nice lounge area and the nice pool. Well you can't host any parties in the LARGE lounge area., Even though the lounge is set up to have parties, only the leasing office can host parties, not residents so the space is useless to us. You can not have any decor or mats outside your door. Even though its a hallway that no one sees, you still can't. Maintenance has always... (Verified Renter) Maintenance has always been great when submitting work orders or getting certain repairs done that needed to be done right after move in. However, I wish there was a bit of leeway with certain installation decisions. Such as Towel rack placement and which side a closet door should open from.
