I hired Paragon Service Pros for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I’m giving this experience two stars for several reasons. 1. Nearly all vent cover screw heads are now stripped. -Philips head used was too large and did not properly sit in the screw (photo attached) 2. Service tech had to be shown vent covers that were not properly installed - screws were 1/4” or more out from being fully secured 3. Devon was fabulous! He was prompt, explained the issues (with pictures) and laid out our options. We could tell he really cared about getting our AC up and running quickly and doing a great job for us. I would highly recommend Paragon AC service and Devon!
Paragon has always done a great job for me. Brandon came out today for my 6 month system check and was fantastic. He explained everything in detail and gave me options of various things I could do to prolong the life of my A/C. He and everyone at the company that I have dealt with over the last two years has been nothing but polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them if you ever need an A/C team.
We called at 6:30am because one of our units had stopped working, Keola showed up to our home 1 hour later and had it fixed within the hour. Keola was able to explain to us what the issue was, he was extremely professional and friendly. We are happy to a trustworthy AC company to work now and in the future. Highly recommend Paragon!!
