Paragon Service Pros were EXCELLENT! Got my unit installed on a 116 degree day. Next day installation from the time we reached out! Cleaned up well and took care of the house while the work was being completed. Amazing service and amazing people, thanks again!

Had air conditioner that quit working yesterday evening. Not good in Phoenix with temp in the 100's. Called warranty company but the earliest they could get someone was two days. My wife is on hospice care and can't be moved and I'm recovering from a bad fall. Called Paragon, who answered without a recording, and they had someone out within the hour! My AC went out on a 112 degree day. My daughter recommended Paragon so I reached out. What? No extra charge to come out on a weekend? Everyone was so easy to work with. Devan showed up on time and was so professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that I could understand. Very happy with Devan and Paragon! You've got yourselves a new loyal customer!

Top of line service from tech Brandon. He was professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. He explained everything in a clear and concise manner that was easy to understand. Bonus was he had a great sense of humor! When your AC goes on the fritz and it’s 108 out give Paragon a call and if your lucky you will get Brandon although I have no doubt all the techs are of this caliber with this company.

I was very pleased with the service received from Paragon. Our technician, Devon, arrived on time and was very polite and considerate. He was respectful of our property. He explained the needed repairs clearly. He even went above and beyond and cleaned our re-usable air filters. Even though he was mostly dealing with my husband, he made a point of explaining things to me (the wife). I will recommend this company to any friend or family. I particularly liked that there was no high pressure sales.
