I hired Paragon Service Pros for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I’m giving this experience two stars for several reasons. 1. Nearly all vent cover screw heads are now stripped. -Philips head used was too large and did not properly sit in the screw (photo attached) 2. Service tech had to be shown vent covers that were not properly installed - screws were 1/4” or more out from being fully secured 3. Nichole answered my call at 5:30 pm and was able to get a technician out to my home within an hour. Nichole was courteous, polite, and fast. Devan was the technician and arrived within 45 minutes. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. which was sludge in my condensation drain. Devan was also very polite and explained everything he was doing. He was just great to work with.
