I hired Paragon Service Pros for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I’m giving this experience two stars for several reasons. 1. Nearly all vent cover screw heads are now stripped. -Philips head used was too large and did not properly sit in the screw (photo attached) 2. Service tech had to be shown vent covers that were not properly installed - screws were 1/4” or more out from being fully secured 3. Our daughter and son-in-law were out of town and their air conditioner went out for the 2 teenagers at home. With temps near 112 degrees, we called at 7am and Brandon was able to come out after lunch the same day as our call. He took time to explain things to my "McGyver" husband who needs to know everything that's going on. He was friendly and respectful. My husband was so impressed, we scheduled Brandon to come out to our home later this week to give our air conditioner a check up.

Extremely Disappointed – Felt Ripped Off and Unsupported I initially chose Paragon Service Pros because of their strong Google reviews — and at first, things started off well. When I called for emergency help with my 15-year-old rooftop heat pump, Devon arrived within 30 minutes, which I appreciated.
