Caden at Paragon came out today for AC maintenance before the next AZ summer. He recommended and installed the water safety overflow switch as a preventative measure. Paragon is top notch... A++++ I have had a/c checks and repairs, and today air duct cleaning! The technicians, Devan and Brandon, arrived on time, explained the cleaning process, and asked if I had questions as they were more than happy to answer anything that was not completely clear. They were considerate of my time, checking in with me along the way to update me with the cleaning process, and their status.
