Devin was amazing and super friendly. We originally had another AC service that installed the original unit, but after recently feeling like we were no longer important, we decided to seek out another AC company. So glad we found Paragon. Thanks Paragon and thank you Devin for being so amazing.

I was able to get a general service appointment within a days. Brandon showed up right on time to the scheduled appointment. He was honest, very well spoken, and straight forward. But most importantly he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need which I really appreciate. I’ll be using Paragon for all my future HVAC needs.

I have been looking for a great AC service company here in Queen Creek and call on Paragon Service Pros Heating & Air Conditioning, WOW!! the fast and professional service we got truly exceeded our expectations. we have them saved in our cell phones and have told all the neighbors and had them have come over to see how great of a job they did and how cold our garage is.

Edit to reply:Lol I'm sorry but the stuff you are saying is not factual and another attempt to cover your own butt and blame me. We can agree to disagree on that. If you had ever properly fixed it i wouldnt have been dealing with all these problems for the entire time I've had the unit. I also Never agreed to the repair you're referencing and $1600 less than 2 years later while under warranty is crazy work. Whatever helps you sleep at night though. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
