I hired Paragon Service Pros for their air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I’m giving this experience two stars for several reasons. 1. Nearly all vent cover screw heads are now stripped. -Philips head used was too large and did not properly sit in the screw (photo attached) 2. Service tech had to be shown vent covers that were not properly installed - screws were 1/4” or more out from being fully secured 3.
