I've be coming to Paragon for a year and a half for my treatment, which is just a shot. The nurse assigned to me and I have had a constant personality conflict. Time before last I asked her to give my shot to me a little slower. She said she always gives it slow. It hurts every single time and that's why I asked. I have been a patient of Paragon, Round Rock for several years, until May 2025, where I had been receiving weekly IV fluids since having been blessed by receiving a kidney transplant. The IV fluids were prescribed to me by my doctor to aid in my hydration levels and help my transplant kidney to function as efficiently as possible. I’ve been coming to Paragon Infusions weekly (or more) for the past 2–3 years, and I can honestly say the nurses here are some of the kindest, most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Being chronically ill means a lot of long, tough days—but every visit to Paragon has been a bright spot in the middle of it all. Always welcoming and friendly. Keeps on track but still very professional and compassionate. I never feel unwelcome. Fun staff, professional quiet environment. Highly recommend.
