Didn’t start pre-authorization process until the day before schedule infusion despite the appointment was set months ahead of time. Told me pre-authorization takes up to 3 days. For rest of the week, kept pushing appointment back because pre-auth was not approved yet. The week after, told me they made a typo on my insurance info. So they need to start the whole process over again, it took another few days. Ended up being over a week late on getting my medication.

I hate writing one star reviews, but this needs to be said. I have a kidney transplant and this company refused my medical supply needs, due to it “not being profitable”. I need port o cath supplies once a month, and they just won’t let me buy them even out of pocket and charge me more than running it through my insurance. Because I don’t need a fancy infusion, my care isn’t profitable enough to take me on as a patient. It doesn’t feel good to be told your medical needs matter less than money. Do better Paragon.

I’ve been going to RR Paragon for close to a year now and can say I that everything has gone very well. Entire staff here has been great!

This clinic enforces a strict policy where patients must reschedule if they are over 15 minutes late. I was late for my appointment by more than 15 minutes, and they helped me reschedule it. While I understand the importance of punctuality, the same standard should apply to the staff. During my last visit, I waited well past my appointment time without any acknowledgment. Consistency in this policy would improve the patient experience and show respect for everyone's time.
