Update 5/7/26: Hector came out today and confirmed both bate boxes weren’t serviced last visit 2 weeks ago (they were completely empty). He was super helpful, refilled them and efficient. — Generally a good experience and they are always open to hearing out their customers. I like the fact that they warranty their service and if bugs reemerge they will come back out under that warranty.
