We are 100% pleased with Paragon. Recently moved to Dallas and it took a couple of tries with other companies for our quarterly service (that did NOT work out) before we found Paragon. Our technician Sam is professional, competent, arrived on time, took care of any issues, thoroughly treated our property and listened to our concerns (without being condescending). Definitely recommend. :)
Eli was pleasant, professional and honest. Informed me that he couldn't patch the last hole due to an over abundance of wasps in the area but assured me Paragon would complete the job on their next visit. Excellent work!
Very professional pest control service. We had a wasp/hornet problem and fire ants. All the nests were knocked down and we were able to see the fire ants carrying the granules to the nest. Our technician Sam was very nice and arrived early am when they were active. I would highly recommend Paragon based on my experience.
