Very disappointing and unprofessional service. The technician left the property without completing the treatment, claiming he was running late for his next appointment. He stated that he found German roaches, and when I asked for photos, he said he didn’t take any—even though he supposedly saw dead bugs in the kitchen. This is unacceptable, especially since I am not near the property and cannot verify his claim in person. I requested photos for documentation, but he refused, saying he was in a hurry.
