Outstanding service from the guys at Paragon. Awesome communication. Fully transparent. Great prices and super fast same day processing and shipping. Their website is always up to date on whats actually on stock and not. Unlike many companies that drop ship items from manufacturer or supplier, the guys at paragon stock what they sell. I purchased the Paragon Touring cat back exhaust for my C8 3 years ago and couldn't be happier. When I was shopping I had a lot of questions and Paragon responded quickly with answers. And I recently had a minor issue and again, Paragon addressed my concerns promptly and stood behind their product. Outstanding customer service, before and after the sale. Highly recommend Paragon!
Horrible customer service!! Placed my first order with them for spacers and everything was smooth. Placed another order for a front spoiler, emailed them immediately to confirm it was the correct spoiler before shipping it out. Turns out it was not after speaking with them and informed I wanted a different style. Meanwhile they still shipped the wrong spoiler then charged me a $70 restocking fee claiming it costs them $250 to ship a spoiler.
