I have to share my recent experience with Paragon. I placed an order during, their Black Friday Sales Event. I received my order, a lot sooner than I had expected; so kudos to Paragon. When I received my order, I realized I ordered the wrong kit (color) of titanium bolts. I contacted Paragon through email, explaining my error, as well as requesting an exchange for the right set of bolts.
