They had been great for several years. The staff was very pleasant and they followed protocol on medication administation. However, recently when requesting pre-approval for my chronic injection, the wrong information was entered on my insurance form by the company. This was confirmed with my insurance as Paragon noted I was on two similar drugs at the same time. This was an error. I have called at least 5 times over the past several months asking them to assist and each time they are very nice and apologize for the issue. T... read more
They are wonderful there. I was very comfortable there and she even let me stay a little after closing since my ride was late getting there. So thank you for going above and beyond you don't see that much these days.

The billing department is very nasty. They were trying to overcharge me. I told her in the 10 years o had this insurance not once I had to pay such a high amount. She was very abrupt from the first minute she called me back. I will request another site from my doctor. I no longer trust them. I also see that someone else had the same problem with billing.
