I have A chronic illness, to where I need to visit infusion centers twice a week. Paragon Katy, has been a blessing the past 9 months, helping ease my mind and help me with my difficult veins. I have Been to other locations, and nowhere compares to Katy. Thank you all for everything you do.
My first time at this infusion site. I was there for an almost 5 hour infusion, 40 minutes of premedication drip time and then 4 hours of actual medication drip time. The ladies were all very helpful and polite. The place was nice and clean and had snacks, drinks and coffee. I came in prepared, but was offered blankets and a pillow. The remote controlled reclining chairs are comfortable and the infusion areas are kept a bit cool. They have some private rooms and other stations in the main area for infusions.
