I went in yesterday to the Honda Service Center for an oil change and I left with a new car!!! That should be the entire post and review, but instead, I want to give some recognition to the fabulous service that I received. While waiting I observed John the manager, he seemed like everything you’d want in a supervisor. Knowledgeable and helpful to everyone he encountered. He was also hilarious! Emely and Jason Feliz were amazing. They made my first car buying experience easy and very enjoyable. I definitely recommend coming to this location they made the entire process smooth. Staff is also friendly.
All the staff we interacted with were very professional and not pushy. The facility was very nice, well kept up and clean. Very good selection of vehicles. We feel like we got a good sales price for the new car and fair value for our trade in. Edwin was particularly helpful when our insurance company was down.
