Very bad experience all three times we’ve been here. The receptionist Stacy is lazy, talks on the phone with friends and family. Very loudly talking, it’s very rude to people sitting in the waiting room. The other receptionist walk back-and-forth doing nothing but talking about other peoples children from school. Very very unclassy. When my wife and I come to a doctors appointment were expected to be on time and to have our phones turned off. It’s respect. I have been with this group of OB/gyn doctors for over 35 years (since before merging with Paragon). All three of my pregnancies were with these wonderful doctors. Dr. Mendise, my current doctor for several years now, is amazing! He is professional, attentive and personable. I trust him with my life. Truly. I have my first baby on the way and I have always went here for my normal check ups but once I got pregnant I noticed a lot. If you ask a question they really don’t care to answer and you will never go for a visit without waiting, if you want to be treated as if you’re on an assembly line this is the place to go but all I know is I’m not doing that especially for my first pregnancy.
