The office staff went above and beyond for their employees but the RCM in the field really didn’t look out for his newbies,They don’t take the time to show the new employees the proper way to work safely and or explain any of the equipment that they expect you to operate,I was laid off due to lack of experience but how are you expect to gather any experience or knowledge if the supervisor isn’t willing to help you out and show you how to use the equipment and don’t even expect anyone to help you if you get hurt in the field,... read more
