I have been waiting almost FOUR MONTHS for my biopsy results. These people don't answer phones or emails. They have billed me twice for duplicate charges. Now I am considering contacting a medical malpractice attorney just to go after my biopsy results. pitiful.
Waited over an hour for my appointment staff is very unprofessional and less then communicative . Nobody appears to know what’s going on in that place .

She told me she didn't have time to treat my simple skin problem. What the heck?!? Dismissive and rude :-(
Very happy with the staff and David all are very knowledgeable,have'nt had any problems with my appointments or the sceduled times.
Wait times are extremely long. My apt was at 12, they asked me to come 15 minutes early, which I did and I got up and left after an hour past my schedule apt time. Will not go back.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Their MA is a major dick and was awful to me. He did not send home accurate instructions for my father and now he has an infection. I demanded that he be fired and have hardly even received an apology from this place. DISGUSTING. I guess when you go to Duke University you LOSE YOUR SOUL.
Unacceptable wait times. I never saw the doctor or assistant without waiting at least an hour past my appointment time. No respect for my time, which I regard as inexcusably rude. Just infuriating. I gave up, will not return. And I will tell everyone I know. "Paragon". What a joke.
