These guys provide financing for infills, whose construction contractors refuse to comply with bylaws, leave my neighbourhood messy and filled with garbage, while allowing contractors to park illegally in front of my home, working often past quiet hours, impeding the sidewalks with debris and taking more than a year to put up a single house.
