The staff at the actual infusion center are great. Super nice and caring. That’s the only reason I haven’t switched. Their billing department (in Dallas I think) is absolutely horrible. Rude every single time I call. Sighing loudly at every question like I’m bothering them or downright telling me off. They are incompetent at best. Always personable,caring . attentive to your needs .. been there every week for A1 infusion .# 100 on December 11 th .. Love my IV nurses and the staff at Paragon on 34 th street .. truly consider them good friends too ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
I have been going here for 15+ years and always felt the care was special. However, recently the standard has plummeted. My time sensitive treatment was over two weeks late. No one called to schedule as was promised. Scheduling staff has been consistently rude and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of compassion and accountability. Unfortunately, there aren’t many other places to get treated in the area, but if you have the capacity… go somewhere else. It’s no longer a safe space.
I love everyone here and they are so proactive about billing problems. 10/10!!!
Greeted with an amazing front staff! This center was very helpful. Called a few times before my appointment and staff was very patient and knowledgable every time I called cause I am a new patient. Nurses were very gentle and sweet. Highly recommend!
