The Paragon folks have each time of my infusions been very professionally adept, but also very kind. Both are greatly appreciated! And this treatment is saving my brain!
tale of woe: i was to receive eight infusions of a drug that caused me permanent damage after three appointments. i cancelled further treatments, they were paid just under $80,000 and i assumed all was well. months later, i was mailed a bill for $226. i called twice, spoke to different people and was told they would call me back with an explanation. never a call back. the bill has now been turned over to a collectionagency and my credit score dropped over 100 points! still no explanation. all i got was permanent hearing loss... read more
im on tpn and i get other medications delivered once a week. my typical member is Sarah, and she's incredible. However, the woman I spoke with, Brandy, in regards to my medication, was beyond rude. I would normally never have any issue, and have been using Paragon for months, but the way she spoke to me was ridiculously dismissive, and defensive. she spent about 5 minutes speaking over me, trying to explain how this works (ie, telling me that paragon themselves didn't write the order, nor could she change it, etc etc... whic... read more
Very disappointing customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing little interest in answering my questions over the phone. I called to get additional information after my doctor recommended this place, but the person I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed bothered by the call. It felt like they weren’t interested in welcoming new patients. I’d rather take my business somewhere that values and respects potential clients and is willing to provide clear information without attitude.
