I will never be getting my infusions at Paragon again. I get infusions every 6 months. My previous one was due in January 2026. I did not receive it until March 2026 because Paragon could not get the prior authorization worked out until then. My infusions treat a life-threatening disease and are not meant to be given haphazardly as it can send me into a flare (and I did start to experience flare symptoms). If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This review applies to the Atlanta location as well. My kidney doctor faxed his orders for me to receive fluids on a regular basis. He faxed it 5 times before they said they received it. This was months ago. I called them and they promised to call back and set an appointment. Of course, they never did. I give up. I’ll go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time with this place!

-1 star. Choose a different infusion center. Very difficult to deal with the manager and staff at this location.
