We rented an 18 foot Sea Ray and it was in ROUGH shape. First, I reserved a sit down tube because I have a bad shoulder. They didn’t have any and didn’t bother to mention it until we were about to load up and I happened to notice that it wasn’t a sit down tube. When I mentioned it, they said all the sit downs were destroyed and they didn’t have any so they gave us some other kind of tube. That was the first disappointment. Best experience for Boat Rental!! Cheryl and Theresa are very friendly and informative. We rented a pontoon boat on a very busy Saturday morning. We can’t wait to get on the water
They gave us a faulted boat and then yelled at us for asking for a refund. They eventually gave one but wasted 2 hours of time. They’ll be hearing from my lawyers for putting us on a faulted boat.
