For the past 3 years the staff at Paradise Valley cared for my mom as she progressed into full on dementia. My experience with Ed and his staff was nothing but positive. They were communicative, and were the only ones who contacted me when my mother was sick or going to the ER. (never heard a word from the doctor). I live out of state, but my brother-in-law visited every week, and reported back to me. I would get down there at least once a quarter for a few days. If you have a loved one that needs a lot of assistance please don't send them to this home. If you're quiet and don't wake up the staff during the night then this is the place for you. If your on a new med and can't sleep or act normal then that will not work. If you have several food allergies like gluten, dairy, and soy then this is not a good place. The care givers are much older than you'd expect to be taking care of a whole home of patients. My loved one was sent to the ER and then we were told she couldn't come back!! ... read more

After a nasty stroke, my family agreed that 24 hr. care was needed for my father. After touring a number of RCHs in the area, it was clear that Edward Gadia's company was head and shoulders above the other offerings we had seen. My dad was with them for about 3.5 years before following us to Oregon. If it wasn't for the relocation, I'm sure he would still be with Edward and his dedicated staff.

My wife Joann and I Had the best experience you could ever receive from a Board and care facility. The owner, Edward, is the most nicest person, not to mention the most accommodating ,sincere ,generous business owner. The staff does have a slight language barrier but they are the best when it comes to care. They worked so hard to accommodate us and care for our father. They treated him like family. The rooms are very nice with a beautiful backyard setting and most rooms have a sliding door to the back deck. I highly recommen... read more
